ORDERING - HOW TO ORDER

PHONE: Call our Customer Service Representative at 1-800-706-4421 (7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday thru Friday) to place an order. Have your credit card ready for speedier transaction.

ONLINE: To place an order, simply find the product you would like either by using the department tabs or the search feature on left side of every page. When you find the product you like, simply type in the right quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button. The next screen will allow you to update quantities or remove an item from your cart. To continue either repeat the above steps to find another product, or click "Checkout" to make the purchase.

If you have an account, enter the login information to checkout, otherwise complete your shipping and billing information, then payment information and click "Submit Order" to complete your order. We recommend printing your confirmation page for your records. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy our service.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

SALES TAX

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Arizona and New York. All orders outside of these two states will not be charged.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We do our best to keep track and keep items in stock, however we cannot predict when an item will become highly sought after. We will notify you via email if an item from your order is out-of-stock and we will give you choices regarding this matter. (i.e. cancel item or wait for item until it becomes available, etc).
