In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

Orders can be returned up to 15 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back including the packing slip to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We ONLY offer returns on Perfume products due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

All returns must be shipped back to LaVersant.com using a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation).

Any package that has not been received by LaVersant.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

If your package is returned to LaVersant.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $6.00 re-shipping fee.
